Hello everyone and welcome to Creepy Café, where I tell you a creepy story while we drink together a cup of coffee.
Today’s drink is a Red Eye coffee, not just because both of them have eyes in their name. But, because both will keep you up all night.

Since the late 90s, numerous encounters of small eerie children embodying an almost demonic-like presence have been reported these children usually approach when you're most vulnerable and seem to have a sinister plan for their victims only revealing their black eyes right before they plan to strike.

The Average Black-Eyed Children Experience

Imagine hearing an aggressive knocking at the door that won't stop until answered. You walk over and slowly open the door to see who's there standing before you are two children whose face is covered in shadow. They ask if they can enter your home and when denied become aggressive and start demanding to be let in something that just does not feel right. The tension and fear start building and the atmosphere around you grow colder as the children's presence becomes more threatening. 

They look up directly at you staring into your soul revealing their creepy emotionless faces. More importantly, though you realize that their eyes are completely black lacking any sort of human quality. The dark presence they embody becomes stronger and you find yourself under their influence without even realizing it. You slowly start to let them in almost as if something else has taken you over right before the children step inside however your common sense kicks in and you slam the door in their faces. You run to the side of the room and peek through the window to see but they're gone. It is as if they weren't even there to begin with later. You wonder what exactly might have happened had you let them.

Not Just Door

Though a few people telltale slightly different stories. It is not just the home doorsteps the children terrorize. People have also claimed children knocked on their car window in the dead of night, after thinking they were the only person around for miles. The children asked if they could get a ride somewhere. And again, once denied the demand becomes more aggressive. The driver slowly starts to comply before their senses kick in and they deny the children completely. Once they have driven off, they immediately look at their rearview mirror and the children are gone as if they weren't even there.

What are Black-Eyed Children?

Black-eyed children, often come in the form of teenagers, are all very pale-skinned and behave much like adults in the way they speak and act. But the most obvious trait is their cold soulless eyes. They also become extremely enraged once their black eyes are spotted. Sometimes, these children have also been seen wearing outdated clothing as if from a completely different time period. These children have no apparent home or origins, and they seem to travel either alone or in pairs but never in a group. They have been seen outside at night playing off in the distance. Sometimes they have been seen standing right outside the victims’ window looking straight at them.

 When people have an experience with this fiendish experience, they typically call the police or grab a weapon soon after the encounter. But no black-eyed child has ever been caught, as they vanish quickly soon after. No one has ever been able to say what happens when these kids are let inside, some believe these few are dead. The interesting thing is they seem to need the person's permission before entering a home or vehicle. 

Evidence of Black-Eyed Children

There are a few videos on YouTube that have been said to be black-eyed children. Two of which took place in an area called Cannock chase forest. Cannock is located in Staffordshire, England, and has been reported of having many paranormal creatures lurking inside. Some of the creatures are werewolves, UFOs, Bigfoot, Slenderman, the infamous Pigman, and black-eyed children. Many investigators who have traveled through this forest at night claimed to have seen all these things. Some even claimed their footage to capture these infamous beings. 

There is a Youtube video made by a 23-year-old man riding his bike in the dead of night on a path within the forest. He claims to have caught one of these sinister children. There is another Youtube Video of a supposed sighting this time caught by a drone hovering above the trees. 

Theories behind these beings

There are several theories as to what these beings are and where they come from.  Many believe they are alien hybrids due to the human body in pitch-black eyes as well as their cold otherworldly vibe. Some believe their time travelers due to instances as mentioned before where the children's clothing seemed from another time period. Others theorize their dark interdimensional beings able to travel between time and space and that's why they can vanish so quickly like the interdimensional theory. Some believe their spiritual entities are demonic beings of some sort.

But the most popular theory is that they're ghosts of children who once murdered and now wander about seeking to hurt anyone they find.
